The Ghana Police Service has confirmed that the DNA test carried out on the human parts found on a property previously occupied by the suspected kidnapper has been confirmed to be that of the three girls who went missing in Takoradi.
The Acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP), James Oppong-Boanuh at a press conference Monday evening said that the results of the DNA test on remains retrieved in Takoradi have been relayed to the families along with condolences.
The girls Priscilla Blessing Bentum, 21, Priscilla Mantebea Koranchie, 18; Ruth Love Quayson 18, and Ruth Abeka were victims of a kidnapping and murdering syndicate in the Takroadi area, the IGP said.
