Entertainment pundit and writer Dan Lartey has advised ace radio presenter cum musician, Andy Dosty to step down as a board member of both VGMA and 3Music Awards this year.

In a post Jupdateafrica.com sighted on Facebook, the boss of Remedi Entertainment asserted that Andy Dosty’s position as a board member of both VGMA and 3Music Awards will endanger his chances of earning a nomination with his song ‘Love You Die’ which features Highlife singer Kuami Eugene.

He wrote; ”I think Radio Presenter/Rapper/DJ Andy Dosty should step down as a board member of both VGMA and 3Music Awards this year to enable him to earn nomination at both schemes.

His involvement as a Board member getting nomination will raise a lot of issues though he stands the chance of getting nomination irrespective of when the song ‘LOVE YOU DIE’ ft. Kuami Eugene was released.”

“The song was officially released in 2018 but based on the category definition, it qualifies for ‘Video of the year’ category. The video directed by Oskhari is very nice which stands the chance of getting a nomination. ANDY SHOULD RESIGN AS A BOARD MEMBER THIS YEAR FOR POSSIBLE NOMINATION.”
